  1. Room header

See it's live, which Community hosts it, and join that Community without leaving. Pinned links sit under the title.

  2. The stage

Up to 15 speakers. The host wears a crown; whoever is talking glows.

  3. Room Tools

Watch Party includes Search YouTube and link pasting, with video or audio-only playback. Also find a private Focus Pad, a calculator you can share to chat, and pinned links.

  4. Chat & GIFs

Chat sits right below the audience. Add GIFs when the host has chat turned on.

  5. Your controls

Raise your hand, open chat or More, and tap the big mic. Leave is red and set apart so you won't tap it by accident.

  6. When the room ends

A pop-up shows the recap, people you spoke with, and a way to send a thank-you note. Tap X to go home.

  1. Community header

Logo, banner, description, and member count. Owners and admins can change images in Settings.

  2. Live rooms

See who's on stage right now and jump in with one tap.

  3. Past conversations & takeaways

Hosts can add up to three key takeaways and a resource link after each room.

  4. Members & shared history

See how often you've spoken with someone before reaching out.

  5. Requests & introductions

Request a 1-on-1 conversation, or introduce two people you know โ€” both must say yes.

  6. Aligned with your mission

Members see suggestions of fellow members whose Mission complements theirs, each with a plain reason. Tap Introduce me to edit a drafted note; nothing sends until you tap Send.

3. Room formats & after the room

  1. Book Club rooms

Pick the gold Book Club format. Share your own slides, outlines, or short excerpts, and pin links so everyone reads or listens beforehand.

  2. Recordings are never silent

Recording and transcripts only start when the host turns them on, and everyone in the room is told.

  3. Search YouTube in the room

Open Room Tools โ†’ Watch party โ†’ Search YouTube. People with queue permission can search and tap Queue; those with playback permission can tap Play to start a result for everyone. You can still paste a YouTube link.

  4. Invite your LinkedIn connections

Open a room's Invite menu and choose Post to LinkedIn for a ready-made invitation. Review the text and publish it on LinkedIn, or choose Share link only.

  5. Copy for YouTube

One tap copies a ready-made description with chapters, takeaways, speakers, and resources.

  6. Coming next: Paid Communities

Owners will set a monthly price. Share early-access interest from the Home page.

4. Premium recordings & Community episodes

  1. Recording stays Premium

Premium hosts choose whether to record. Recording and transcripts only begin when the host turns them on, and everyone in the room is notified.

  2. Save your room package

After recording is ready, open the room's recap and find Your room package. Save the audio/video, transcript (.vtt), and AI summary (.md) to your device when each is available.

  3. Download within 48 hours

Raw room audio is deleted 48 hours after the room ends. The recap shows time remaining; save your recording before it expires. The transcript and summary remain available to the host afterward.

  4. Publish an edited episode

Edit your downloaded audio if you like, then open your Community โ†’ Episodes โ†’ Upload episode. Community owners, admins, and moderators can add a title, optional show notes, and an MP3, M4A, WAV, or AAC file.

  5. 500 MB upload limit

Each episode can be up to 500 MB. Selecting a larger file immediately shows its size and clears the selection before upload. Try exporting as MP3 or M4A to reduce the size.

  6. Choose who can listen

Set an episode to Community members only or anyone who can see the Community. Listeners can skip back or forward 15 seconds and change playback speed from 1ร— to 2ร—. Community leaders can remove episodes.

5. Quote cards, audiograms & social sharing

  1. Make a quote card

On your recorded room's recap, find Share a moment on LinkedIn. Choose a suggested takeaway or transcript line, or write your own. Edit the speaker name, pick Square or Portrait, and save a PNG image.

  2. Post your card to LinkedIn

Post to LinkedIn saves the card, copies a caption, and opens LinkedIn. Attach the saved image yourself, review the caption, and publish when ready.

  3. Make an audiogram with audio

In Audiogram video to share, choose a transcript moment or enter a start time. Pick 15, 30, or 60 seconds and Square or Portrait, then tap Make video for a moving waveform with room audio and transcript captions when available.

  4. Keep the tab open

The clip plays through once while the video is made. You can Stop early, preview the result, and Save video. Make your audiogram before the room audio's 48-hour download window expires.

  5. Share to your platforms

Audiogram sharing offers LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Each option saves the video, attempts to copy the caption, and opens the platform. Attach or upload the saved file there yourself; Convenabl does not publish automatically.

  6. Check the video format

The video is saved as MP4 when your browser supports it, otherwise WebM. Many platforms prefer MP4; if yours rejects WebM, convert the saved video to MP4 before uploading. Review the clip and caption before sharing.

6. Pursuits & your Chief of Staff

  1. Name your Chief of Staff

On Home, tap Personalize to choose a first name and a picture โ€” a preset portrait or your own upload.

  2. Daily briefing

Your Chief of Staff shows your next step and progress just below search. It never interrupts rooms or messages anyone for you.

  3. Add a Pursuit

Write a goal, why it matters, a next step, and your progress.

  4. Public or private

Private Pursuits are only visible to you. Public ones appear on your profile's Active Pursuits tab so the right people can help.

  5. Mark it achieved

When you reach a goal, tap Achieved to move it off your active list.

7. Verified nonprofits & donations

  1. Get verified

A Community owner enters the nonprofit's 9-digit tax ID (EIN). We check the official IRS charity list, then an admin approves it.

  2. Verified badge

Approved Communities show a verified nonprofit badge so members know the organization is real.

  3. Pin a Donate link

Hosts of a verified Community's room can pin the nonprofit's donation link so everyone in the room sees it.

  4. Donations go direct

Tapping Donate opens the nonprofit's own secure donation page. Convenabl never handles the money or takes a cut.

  5. Edits re-trigger review

If the nonprofit details change, the badge and Donate cards pause until the update is approved again.
