Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-10-draft · Last updated 10 September 2026

Draft — pending review. This wording has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer. It describes how Convenabl currently works so alpha participants know what to expect. It is not legal advice and will be replaced before public launch.

Who can use Convenabl

Convenabl is for working professionals aged 18 or over. You sign in with LinkedIn, and the name and photo on your Convenabl profile should be your own. Impersonating someone else is not allowed.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your LinkedIn sign-in secure. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Live rooms

Conversations happen live. Anything you say in a room can be heard by everyone present, and in a public room that can include people you do not know. Treat every room as professional and on the record.

Recording and AI transcripts

A host on Convenabl Premium may record a room, and may produce an AI transcript and summary of a public room. Recording and AI transcription are never silent: a notice is shown in the room, and you are asked to acknowledge it before you speak. If you do not want to be recorded, leave the room.

Private rooms never produce a Convenabl AI transcript or summary.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you say and share. You give Convenabl permission to transmit, store and replay it as needed to run the service — for example, delivering live audio, storing a recording the host made, or producing a recap the host chose to publish.

Premium

Convenabl Premium is $14.95 per month or $149.95 per year and adds advanced room analytics, recording, screen sharing, AI transcripts for public rooms, custom room branding and a Premium badge. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for. Content created while you were Premium is not deleted when Premium ends.

Acceptable use

Harassment, hate speech, spam, deceptive behaviour and sharing content you have no right to share are all prohibited. Our Community Guidelines explain this in more detail and apply as part of these terms.

Availability

Convenabl is in alpha. Features can change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, arbitration, and account termination language must be drafted and approved by counsel before public launch. They are deliberately absent rather than invented here.
