If you believe your work was used without permission
Tell us and we will look at it. Convenabl does not decide ownership automatically and no system removes content on its own — a person reviews every claim.
Please include:
- What the work is and where you own or control it.
- Where on Convenabl you saw it — a room, a recap, a community message.
- How we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe the use was not authorised.
How to send it
Use the reporting form and choose Copyright, or email support@convenabl.com.

- Your report becomes a case with a reference and a status.
- Convenabl reviews it. We may ask you for more detail.
- If content is removed or an account is actioned, that decision is recorded in our internal review log.
- The person reported is never told who reported them.
Other content concerns
Impersonation, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, adult content and spam all go through the same form. Anything involving immediate danger should go to your local emergency services first.
